Syracuse man accused of having sexual contact with two children under 11, deputies say
GRNABY, N.Y. —
A Syracuse man is accused of having sexual contact with underage children, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office.
Justin Daily, 32, was arrested in connection to events that happened between late summer/early fall 2008 to May of 2009, deputies said.
Daily is accused of engaging in numerous sexual acts with two separate victims, both under 11 according to the Sheriff's office.
Daily was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and is held at Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Daily is scheduled to return to court February 12.
