Syracuse man arrested for robberies at Dunkin' Donuts, gas station

Nicholas Bradley, of Syracuse, charged in connection to robberies at Dunkin' Donuts and gas station in the Town of Salina (Onondaga County Sheriff's Office)

A Syracuse man has been arrested in connection with armed robberies at a Dunkin' Donuts and a gas station late last week, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office.

Nicholas Bradley, 55, was charged Monday with robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

According to authorities, Bradley allegedly entered the Dunkin' Donuts located in an Express Mart at 2723 Brewerton Rd. around 10:30 p.m. Friday armed with a tire iron. After threatening the employee and taking an undisclosed amount of money, Bradley fled the store on foot, authorities said.

Detectives investigating the robbery learned from surveillance images that Bradley was the same man who robbed the Mirabito gas station on N. Midler Ave. in Syracuse on Thursday. He also used a tire iron in that incident, authorities said.

Bradley was located Monday afternoon and arraigned Monday evening in the Town of Salina Court. He was denied bail.

Additional charges by the Syracuse Police Department are also expected, authorities said.
