The Syracuse Mets are welcoming the new season with new opportunities for fans. Game-goers can expect an improved fan experience with new ticketing options, auction site, food options, VIP parking and more.

“We always listen to what our fans say, and we do our best every year to adapt to make their experience here at NBT Bank Stadium the best it can be,” said Jason Smorol, Syracuse Mets General Manager. According to Smorol, his team has been working through the off-season to create a 2019 experience that engages fans on and off the field.

New this year:

  • Tickets.com: New user-friendly ticketing system that enables fans to get email tickets or save tickets to their apple wallet.
  • Groupmatics: Easier ticketing for larger groups. Group members can choose their own seats and see who they sit next to.
  • LiveSource: An online auction and raffle site. Allows fans to bid on Syracuse Mets jerseys from across the country.
  • The Hops Spot at NBT Bank Stadium: A Hops Spot location has been added to the stadium as your new go-to destination for Craft Beer Fridays.
  • The Rescue Mission 50/50 Raffle: Help support the Rescue Mission with the 50/50 raffle during Mets home games this season. One lucky fan will take home half of the daily jackpot and the rest will support the Rescue Mission.
  • VIP Parking: Guests will be able to park on the third base side of the stadium close to the front entrance for $10.
  • Wings, Speidies & Bud: Wingin' it Winning Wednesdays offer .50-cent wings for fans. Budweiser products and Lupos Speidies will also be available.
  • $1 Thursday: Fans can now buy up to four hot dogs per transaction on Thursdays to speed up concession lines.
  • Kids Eat Free Family Sunday: Kids 12 & under eat free every Sunday with the purchase of a children's ticket. You can now redeem that offer anytime during the game, instead of during specific innings.

Tickets for the 2019 Syracuse Mets Season are now available at NBT Bank Stadium, over the phone, or online at SyracuseMets.com.
