The third and final person who admitted to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the CNY SPCA has been sentenced.

Taylor Gilkey was sentenced to 2-6 years in prison and ordered to pay $249,635.37 in restitution Thursday. Gilkey's attorney had asked for shock probation, but was denied.

Gilkey was named as a suspect in the case along with former Executive Director of the CNYSPCA Paul Morgan last August. Prosecutors say Morgan wrote 107 checks to himself and wrote 52 more to Gilkey.

Prosecutors claimed the two were in a relationship and some of that stolen money was spent on trips to Las Vegas and New Orleans.

Morgan admitted his guilt and was sentenced last month to 4-12 years in prison.

On Wednesday another woman who admitted to stealing from the non-profit, Nicole Cafarchio, was given 5 years probation for her role and ordered to pay $62,000 in restitution.
