OSWEGO, N.Y. — When there's snow on the ground, deep down we all want to hop on a sled and ride down a hill.

Officer Kevin Hadcock, a 9-year veteran of the Oswego Police Department, is no exception.

During a recent patrol near the Oswego Country Club, Officer Hadcock came across two kids - Ava and Adam - sledding down a hill. He stopped to say hi, and when he did one of the kids offered him a ride on his sled - an offer he couldn't pass up.
