Winter Fair attendance hits 25,000
The first ever Winter Fair finished up Sunday night at the New York State Fairground's Expo Center. Winter Fair organizer and Premier Promotions owner Steve Becker said the three-day event brought in more than 25,000 people. A delightful surprise after expecting around 20,000.
"It was simply amazing," said Becker. "We want to thank Central New York and beyond for coming out to our inaugural winter fair 2019."
Winter Fair aimed to be a miniature version of the New York State Fair all under one roof. A chance for family and friends to get out of the house all while staying warm and dry.
When asked if they plan to make Winter Fair a tradition, Becker said, "Oh yeah, there will be a Winter Fair in 2020."
