SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The newest transfer to commit to Syracuse University's basketball program under Adrian Autry is Kyle Cuffe Jr. from Kansas University.
Cuffe Jr. is a 6-foot-2 guard who was redshirted at Kansas during the Jayhawks’ 2021-2022 championship run. He then only played two games this past season before tearing his MCL and PCL.
He was a four-star signee, who was ranked No. 56 by Rivals.com following his senior season at New Jersey's Blair Academy.
Cuffe Jr. participated in Syracuse basketball’s Elite Camp and played alongside J.J. Starling, showing his familiarity with the Orange program. He chose Syracuse over New Mexico State, Tulane, Richmond and Western Kentucky.
