One change, other than the obvious uptick in competition, when Syracuse begins ACC is regular injury updates.

As per ACC rules, every Thursday night before a conference game on a Saturday, the schools have to release an official injury report.

For Syracuse it paints at least one optimistic picture.

Starting offensive lineman Cody Conway is officially "probable" for the game, considering he was just hurt against LSU and NC State features one of the best defensive ends in the game in Bradley Chubb, that could be a coup.

There's one player on the fence, defensive lineman Kendall Coleman, who is listed as questionable. Coleman was also injured in the loss to LSU.

Here's the official list released by Syracuse Athletics Thursday night:

OL Cody Conway

DL Kendall Coleman

WR Jamal Custis

DL Joshua Black

S Antwan Cordy

DL Jake Pickard

Out for season:

OL Aaron Roberts
