CNY's All-Star- Patrick Corbin from Clay is a Major League Baseball All-Star

Patrick Corbin is a Major League Baseball All-Star again.

Corbin, a Cicero-North Syracuse graduate, was named to the National League team for the second time in his career.

While the starting pitchers aren't yet determined, Corbin will see action in this year's mid-summer classic on July 18 in

Patrick is enjoying a career year, with a 6-3 record and an ERA of 3.05. He's currently in a contract year and set to be a free agent in the offseason.

He was first selected to the All-Star game back in 2013, his rookie season. That year, he shared the stage with fellow Central New York native Jason Grilli.

The Clay native currently has 140 strikeouts in 112 innings pitched this season.

He turns 29 two days after the All-Star Game, July 19.
