The dream season continues.

The Corcoran Cougars are SCAC Metro League Champions after an 82-68 win over Nottingham improved their record to a staggering 16-0 this season.

Corcoran opened an impressive halftime lead and never looked back, with former Toyota High School Athlete of the Week Dejour Reaves leading the way with 25 points.

Daimarr Miller scored 20 points with Dewayne Young netting 16 with seven rebounds.

Nottingham never quit, with reigning Toyota High School Athlete of the Week Mazi Jackson scoring 14 points. The Bulldogs were led by Dominic Dickson's 15.

With the win, the Cougars are 12-0 in Metro League play, which is 3.5 games ahead of second place West Genesee. Between beating the Wildcats head-to-head and the short amount of time remaining in the season, the Cougars officially clinch that league championship.

Rest Assured, the season won't be considered a success in the players eyes until they capture more accolades and possibly championships.

Corcoran's next game is a rematch at West Genesee on Tuesday night.
