2018 NFL Draft: Zaire Franklin headlines five SU products to land on teams

Former Syracuse starting middle linebacker Zaire Franklin was taken in the seventh round by the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday afternoon.

The 2018 NFL Draft is in the books, and the Syracuse Orange had one player selected through the seven rounds.

Zaire Franklin, a senior captain from Philadelphia, Pa., and the heartbeat of the Syracuse defense, was taken in the seventh round (No. 235 overall) by the Indianapolis Colts.

Meanwhile, four more Syracuse products found new homes as part of NFL undrafted free agency.
