Sam Postich

Sam Postich joined CNY Central in March of 2022 as a weekday morning meteorologist for NBC3.

He’s an Ohio native and is excited to make New York his home.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Science at the University of Utah, Sam worked as a meteorologist in Wyoming (KTWO) and Colorado (KRDO).

While living out west Sam covered everything from blizzards to wildfires.

When he’s not forecasting, he’s fly fishing, skiing, or playing chess.
